Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@vivapure.gr, stating your order number and your intention to return the product.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice
- Be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notice

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic-type products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product, defective product).

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order (or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders).

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at no charge as long as it has not already been shipped. Contact us immediately at info@vivapure.gr.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received the wrong or a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
