1. General

The website vivapure.gr (hereinafter "the Store") is an online store selling personal care products over the internet. Browsing and placing an order in the Store constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Prices

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate and up to date. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. The Store reserves the right to change prices and product availability without notice.

4. Orders

An order is considered complete once you receive a confirmation email. The Store reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing/availability error or suspicion of fraudulent transaction, notifying the customer immediately.

5. Payment Methods

Available payment methods: a) credit/debit card, b) cash on delivery with an extra charge of 1€.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994 as in force, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to state a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@vivapure.gr. The product must be returned sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, for hygiene reasons (this applies in particular to personal care/cosmetic products that have been opened). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Returns & Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order (or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders), unless otherwise agreed.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content of the Store (text, logo, graphics, photographs) is the intellectual property of Vivapure or is used under relevant license, and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Store makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but is not liable for any technical or typographical errors, nor for any damage that may arise from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Personal Data

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek Law and EU Law. The courts of the business's registered location have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law.

14. Amendments

The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. The Terms in effect are those published on the website at the time of use.
